HOW IT WORKS

Gather Your Gear

Identify the used gear you want to sell and check the following:

Is it the right season?

Is it clean and in working condition?

Is it a reputable brand?

Review our Consignment Agreement and policies before coming in.

Become a Consignor

Bring your used outdoor gear in during store hours or make an appointment.

When you come in, we will go over the contract and create a Consignor Account for you.

We also accept donations.

Appointments to drop-off are highly encouraged.

Sell Your Gear

Peaks and Pedals will take care of the rest.

Once your gear is sold, your Consignor Account balance will be updated.

You can request payouts and to pick-up items here.

Please check your accounts to see if items have expired. Expired items will be converted to store inventory if not picked up.

SEASONS

Las Vegas has two seasons – hot and not hot. Peaks and Pedals has two retail seasons: summer and winter.

Summer (Hot) Months

March - October

Summer gear examples: kayaks, SUPs, shorts and sandals.

Winter (Not-Hot) Months

September - February

Winter gear examples: snow shoes, jackets, boots, snow pants, snowboard, skis and other winter accessories.

All-Year Gear

September - February

Bikes (mountain and road), climbing gear, camping gear, backpacks and good condition outdoor clothing (think REI brands).

 

DONATIONS

If you don’t want to deal with the hassle, we are always happy to take donated items and if sold, we will make sure a portion of the proceeds goes to a worthy outdoor cause like Nevada South Interscholastic Cycling League,  Get Outdoors Nevada and Southern Nevada Bicycle Coalition
